As we continue our focus on breaking the preschool to prison pipeline and ending the mass incarceration of children, our guest presenter will be Dr. Art McCoy.  Dr. McCoy is the current superintendent of the Jennings School District in St. Louis, MO; the president of SAGES; leader of the STL.Works initiative for the Regional Business Council in St. Louis, MO; and a distinguished fellow at St. Louis University.
